Aviation Hangars

Wiley Properties leases and manages a group of T-shaped aviation hangars that are separately partitioned, and available for airplane storage only. These hangars are conveniently located at the Crystal Airport, near the intersection of Highway 81 and 63rd Avenue. This is the closest reliever airport to downtown Minneapolis. It features a hard-surface runway and a control tower, with both fuel and maintenance available onsite.

We have Hangars available for rent on a month to month basis.

Prices range from $175 to $325.

  • Large T-Hangar - $325/month
